Does Zupapa Provide Rectangle Trampolines?

What Are the Differences Between Zupapa® Safump Trampolines and Zupapa® Saffun Trampolines?

They are two series of Zupapa® outdoor trampolines that are named according to their features. The first three letters of "Saf" are taken from the word "safe" while "ump" stands for "jump" and "fun" literally means "fun". That is, you kids can enjoy safe jumping and have great fun with Zupapa trampolines!

Besides minor differences owing to the built-in structure, the main difference lies in the location of the springs and the safety net. For Zupapa Safump trampolines, springs are out of the safety net while springs are inside the safety net for Zupapa Saffun trampolines.

Another noteworthy difference is the pad thickness. A one-layer pad is applied to cover the springs for the Zupapa Safump trampolines because it's safe enough while a 2-layer pad (to cover the springs) and a no-gap mat have applied for the Zupapa Saffun trampolines for safety.

Generally, you can expect more jumping space for a Saffun trampoline than a Safump one in the same size.

How Long Would it Take to Finish Setting Up an Outdoor Trampoline?

It depends. The more adults to participate in, the quicker you will get an assembled one. Usually, it takes about 1.5 hours - 2 hours for two adults. Please watch the zupapa trampoline assembly video or read the user manual if you have any questions. Of course, you can also contact us without any hesitation.

How Many Boxes Will I Receive for My Order?

You'll receive 3 boxes for the 15 ft, 14 ft, and 12 ft outdoor trampolines and 2 boxes for the 10 ft and the 8 ft ones.
Please wait for a while if you receive one box because the rest is probably on the way. You can also contact Zupapa Customer Happiness Executives for the tracking number of each box.

What‘s the Package Content?

You’ll receive the following: frame (x 1), jump mat (x 1), pad (x 1), springs, enclosure net (x 1), ladder (x 1), rain cover (x 1), T-hook tools (x 2), knit gloves (x2 pairs), wind stakes, steel clamp sets. For more details, please refer to your user manual.

Should I Take Down the Enclosure Net in Winter?

Yes,we highly recommend it. In fact, we also highly recommend you disassemble the whole structure and store it in a place with good ventilation if you seldom use the trampoline in winter.

How Many Kids Are Allowed to Use the Trampoline At The Same Time?

As our manual guided, only ONE kid is allowed.

What’s Your Delivery Policy?

So far, we only provide standard delivery on working days (Monday-Friday). Orders usually ship out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared and we will email you the tracking numbers. Please make sure both your email address and delivery address are correct as a signature is not required for packages.

What Is the Return Policy?

We accept the non-faulty return of the item purchased at www.zupapa.us within 30 days (according to the shipping date on the original shipping lable). That is, you should return the package in its original condition (new, unused, and unaltered) with all the documents (user manual, tags) and other gifts (if there are) included. We’ll issue the refund to the card you used for the purchase after receiving & confirming the returned package(s).
