email notification:
Oct 31 — A 14 ft Saffun Trampoline
Nov 30 — A 14 ft Safump Trampoline
Dec 31 — A 15 ft Saffun Trampoline

We also prepared a surprise for every participant. Please check your inbox after submitting the photo(s).

By Submitting your photos/videos through this submission link, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:


a. Zupapa shall have the irrevocable right to distribute any content provided by yourself or any and all of your
dependants through this submission in conjunction with these terms both domestically and worldwide, where it shall
remain thereafter.


b. By entering this competition, you are providing consent to Zupapa to contact you by email for marketing and
promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any
further communication.


c. Zupapa shall own all rights to any submission in perpetuity. By submitting your photos/videos to this link, you agree
that all ownership of copyright in the material supplied in conjunction with these terms shall remain with Zupapa
exclusively. You agree that no remuneration shall be provided in conjunction with your submission.


d. By submitting you photos/videos through this link, you hereby agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the
finished product, including but not limited to any written copy that may be created in connection therewith or the use
to which it may be applied. You acknowledge that the Zupapa is under no obligation to use your submission.


e. By submitting a photo/video through this link, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and your
submission deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


f. To maximum extent by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Zupapa and its successors, assigns and licensees,
harmless from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims or demands brought or made against any of them,
and from and against any damage, loss, cost or expenses (including reasonable legal expenses as between solicitor and
client) suffered or incurred by any of them, arising directly or indirectly from or in consequence of any breach of your
representations as set out in these terms.
