Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
At Zupapa, we stand by the quality of our trampolines for life. Your satisfaction matters, so we provide a lifetime warranty on the trampoline frame and components against manufacturing defects.
- What's Covered:
Repair or replacement of parts needed due to faults in materials or workmanship – at no cost to you.
- What's Not Covered (Examples):
Damage from weather (wind, rain, snow), lack of maintenance, accidents, misuse, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, vandalism, theft, or fire.
Minor imperfections that don't affect performance.
Zupapa accessories (covered separately).
Damage from external sources or "Acts of Nature."
- To Make a Warranty Claim:
Be the original purchaser.
Provide your proof of purchase (order number).
Submit photos clearly showing the suspected defect.
We will review your claim promptly and determine the most appropriate solution to restore your trampoline. Zupapa reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the trampoline.
